Ann is heading to Vanuatu in August 2019 to present a paper at the Pacific Water and Wastewater Association annual conference.
Ann’s paper will address modelling of the impact of service line size and condition, private plumbing condition and customer water ‘behaviour’ on water pressures experienced at a household level and resultant customer satisfaction. In a world where customer expectations are increasing, water authorities are not exempt!
